1.1. The Customer agrees that Customer personal data shall be recorded and stored by the Company indefinitely for the purpose of contractual necessity. This may include but is not limited to Customer name(s), address(s), phone number(s) and email address(s). The Customer may at any time request a copy of any Customer personal data held on record.
1.2. Customer personal data held on record by the Company will not be used for the purpose of marketing without specific prior consent.
1.3. Customer personal data held on record by the Company will not be provided to any third party without specific prior consent.
1.4. The Customer can request the Company to remove Customer personal data held for the purpose of marketing at any time by contacting the Company by phone, email or written letter.
